年 4 月の改正個人情報保護法の施行により，企業組織はコーポレートサイトにおける適切なプライバシー対応が求められる．クッキーは個人関連情報として新たに規定され，第三者提供先で個人データに紐づく場合は，提供元が提供先による同意取得を確認する，または同意取得を代行する必要がある．また，企業組織が保有する個人データに関する公表事項が追加されたため，プライバシーポリシーの改定が必要となる．そこで本研究では改正法の施行に伴い，クッキー使用の同意を取得するクッキーコンセントバナーの導入やプライバシーポリシーの改定がどの程度生じたかを調査する．2022 年 4 月に国内企業のコーポレートサイト 20,637 件および改定日の記載があるプライバシーポリシー 2,654 件を調査した結果，961 件 (5.4%) のバナー表示および 959 件 (36.1%) のポリシー改定を確認した．加えて，昨年 2021 年 4 月から比較するとバナー表示率は 1.2% 増加し，48.6%
