While Canada was an early adopter of European sufficiency in its private sector data protection legislation, but no major changes had been made to its data protection system, the bill would include a significant introduction of data protection and AI, including the establishment of a Personal Information and Data Protection Tribunal, more power for the privacy commissioner, and the introduction of hefty fines. In this presentation, the current status of the Digital Charter Implementation Act is outlined, and suggestions for Japan's information legal system are given.}, title = {カナダ2022年デジタル憲章実施法案の現状と示唆}, year = {2022} }
