In this paper, we inspect these conventional approaches, and give some considerations of software quality models and quality assurance process. About the quality models, we propose the product quality models of each software phase. And about software quality assurance process, we propose quality assurance cycle model of each software phase and software life-cycle quality control model. More over, we show the quality control process charts - QCP and quality assurance system - ESQUT.
