 note = {ソフトウェアの品質保証については、従来から様々なアプローチがとられている．本論では、これら従来からのアプローチの問題点を探り、ソフトウェアの品質モデル、品質保証プロセスに着目して、ソフトウェア品質保証の在り方について検討を加えた．品質モデルについては、従来の製品ソフトウェアの品質特性モデルに対し、さらに開発過程での中間成果物に関する品質特性モデルの存在を提案した．また、品質保証プロセスについては、デミング・サイクルをベースにした工程内の品質保証サイクルとソフトウェア・ライフサイクルをベースとした、品質工程管理について検討を加えた．また、これらを踏まえ品質工程管理図?QCPおよび、品質保証システムESQUTに関して検討を加えた．, About the software quality assurance, many approaches have been tried for many years. In this paper, we inspect these conventional approaches, and give some considerations of software quality models and quality assurance process. About the quality models, we propose the product quality models of each software phase. And about software quality assurance process, we propose quality assurance cycle model of each software phase and software life-cycle quality control model. More over, we show the quality control process charts - QCP and quality assurance system - ESQUT. ESQUT and QCP are based on these quality models and quality assurance process.},
