(DAC) の帯域幅を 3 倍にする技術 (DAC 帯域 3 逓倍技術)が検討されている.しかし,帯域合成処理を行う回路である Analog Multiplexer (AMUX)において、3 つに分割した低帯域と中・高帯域にバンド間の振幅レベル差が生じており,信号劣化の原因となっている.本研究では,バンド間のレベル比を決める理論式を提案し,シミュレーションにより評価する.その結果,理論式の計算結果がシミュレーションで得たレベル比と比較して良好な値であることを示し,式の妥当性を示す.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"For wider bandwidth of optical transmitter circuit, DAC Bandwidth Tripler that extends the bandwidth of broadband digital to analog converters (DAC) three times is proposed. But there is inter-band level deviation between Low-band and Mid (or High)-band made by dividing bandwidth into three in Analog Multiplexer (AMUX) that is circuit for band synthesis processing, so it is causes of signal degradation. On the other hand, in this Paper, we proposed a new theoretical formula that decide inter-band level deviation ratio and evaluate it by simulation.
