We have develpped such a chat bot system that works without any LMS's or information infrastracture except for the popular SNS LINE. It only requires individual LINE accounts and a mobile LINE application installed. Instructors and learners make text convesaitions with the chat bot connected to a LINE official account via LINE Messaging API.
