With time, many of the insights and reflections on the tempestuous experiences may disappear. We are developing an easily accessible Life History Support System (LHS) that enables family members to record and share their lifetime experiences and knowledge. In this paper, we report an outline of the system, the recording method by dialogue, and the background and results of an experiment with the prototype in operation.
