正期産児のうち約15%は出生直後，呼吸循環機能のための施術を必要としており，安全な出生のために，分娩時にスタッフ全員が新生児蘇生法を習得していることが望まれる．この蘇生法を学ぶ講習会ではシミュレータが用いられる．シミュレータの学習効果と導入コストはトレード・オフの関係にあり，多くの講習では，導入コストの面から新生児の体型や内部構造を再現しただけの低機能シミュレータが用いられる．低機能シミュレータを用いた従来方式の講習には，リアリティの欠如，講習中のインストラクターの負担の大きさ，振り返りのための支援策の不足の3つの課題が存在する．そこで本報告では，講習における課題を踏まえ，低機能シミュレータに模擬医療機器を加えることで，導入コストを抑え，教育効果を高める手法を提案した．提案手法の効果検証として，従来・提案手法の講習を行ったインストラクター，講習生に対してインタビューを行い，インタビュー結果に対して主題分析を行った．結果として，リアリティ向上の効果，マルチタスク支援の効果，振り返りシステムの効果，機能面の要求の4つの主題が得られ，その内容から現状の講習における3つの課題に対して解決の道筋を示した． |

Fifteen percent of neonates need resuscitation for respiratory stability, immediately after birth. Therefore, all of the medical staff attending the birth are expected to be trained neonatal resuscitation procedure. Japan Society of Perinatal and Neonatal Medicine has been holding the Neonatal Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (NCPR) training workshop widely. There is a trade-off between the learning effect and the installation cost. So, the workshop employs simple mock neonate. Traditional training using simple mock simulator have three problems: (1) lack of reality, (2) heavy burden on the instructor, (3) lack of support system for look-back. In this paper, we propose a method to reduce the installation cost and increase the learning effect by adding mocked medical equipment to a low-function simulator. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, we interviewed instructors and trainees who conducted conventional/proposed NCPR training, and analyzed the results using thematic analysis. As a result, the following four themes were obtained: (1) effect of improving reality, (2) effect of supporting multitask, (3) effect of look-back system, and (4) functional requirements. From the interview, we showed that our proposed method will allow to solve three problems in the current NCPR training workshop. |
