 note = {認知症の予防や進行の抑制には早期発見・早期対応が肝要であり,未病段階における早期のスクリーニングが望まれる.これまで,筆者らは高齢者向けの健康測定会を継続的に実施しており,生活環境や身体機能など,高齢者の健康に関する情報を収集している.本報告では,レビー小体型認知症に着目し,その前駆症状の一つであるパーキンソニズムを,健康測定会で実施可能な測定から早期にスクリーニングする手法を検討する.質問票や聞き取り調査などに加えて歩容測定を行い,それらのモダリティ統合により高性能なスクリーニングツールの実現を目指す., Early detection and early treatment are essential to prevent and control the progression of dementia, and early screening at the pre-disease stage is desirable. We have been continuously conducting health measurement sessions for older adults, and have collected information on their health, such as their living environment and physical functions. In this report, we focus on DLB, then examine a screening method for parkinsonism, one of the precursor symptoms of DLB, during the health measurement session. It will be attempted to realize a highly accurate screening tool with modality fusion; each modality is constructed by the information from gait analysis, in addition to questionnaires and interviews.},
