Parallelizable Authentication Tree)に基づく不揮発性メモリ(NVM)の新たな保護手法について述べる.近年用途が拡大する NVM は,電源遮断時にデータが残留する性質から,DRAM を代表とする既存の揮発性メモリと比較して高い攻撃耐性が必須である.従来では NVM データの保護手法として Bonsai Markle Tree (BMT)が用いられているが,BMT は更新におけるノード計算の並列化が不可能なため,NVM への書き込み時に大きな遅延が発生し,システム性能のボトルネックとなっていた.これに対して,本稿では PAT に基づいてデータの更新および検証の両処理を並列化した NVM 保護機構を提案する.システムレベルシミュレータ gem5 を用いた評価実験より,提案手法は BMT に基づく従来のメモリ保護手法と比較してワークロードの実行時間を最大で約 31.8%
