• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: Dataset license is currently an issue in the development of machine-learning systems. Since the images in the dataset are mainly obtained from the Internet, some images are not commercially available. In addition, for copyright and privacy reasons, some images in the dataset may be withdrawn. In this research, we surveyed dataset licenses. We found that most of the datasets are not clearly licensed. Furthermore, we found that failure to obtain the appropriate license violates laws such as copyright and privacy laws and may lead to the withdrawal of the dataset.
