The bill includes amendments to the definition of personal data, transparency obligations, cross-border transfers, cybersecurity, legitimate interests, right of access compliance, automated decision-making, and other items, including public access provisions similar to the European Digital Services Act and Data Act, and cookie regulations similar to the proposed ePrivacy Regulation.
