• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: AI 戦略 2022 は AI の社会実装を推進することを一つの目標としており，政府機関における AI の導入促進に向けた推進体制の強化と，それによる行政機能の強化・改善を具体的な戦略内容としている．そして，その実践例としては，AI 利活用を通じたデータ収集など，持続的な改善サイクルの形成，児童相談所における AI を活用した緊急性の判断に資する全国統一のツールの開発等業務，インフラメンテナンス国民会議の取組等を通じた，AI・ビッグデータ等を含む新技術の導入促進，AI 利活用推進の基盤となる各国情報の円滑な収集・各国への円滑な情報発信等のための多言語翻訳技術の研究開発などが挙げられている．本論考は AI 戦略 2022 の概略と行政による AI 利活用目標の位置づけをみたうえで，具体的な政府における AI の導入事例について，AI 戦略 2022 にみる具体例を中心にみたうえで，その課題について検討をおこなう．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: One of the goals of the AI Strategy 2022 is to promote the social implementation of AI, and the specific strategic content is to strengthen the promotion system for promoting the introduction of AI in government agencies, and thereby to strengthen and improve administrative functions. Practical examples include the formation of a continuous improvement cycle through data collection through the use of AI, the development of a nationwide tool for determining the urgency of using AI at child consultation centers, the promotion of the introduction of new technologies including AI and big data through initiatives such as the National Council for Infrastructure Maintenance, and the research and development of multilingual translation technology for the smooth collection of information from each country, which is the basis for the promotion of AI use, and the smooth dissemination of information to each country. After reviewing the outline of the AI Strategy 2022 and the positioning of the goals for the utilization of AI by the government, this paper examines specific examples of the implementation of AI in the government, focusing on the specific examples in the AI Strategy 2022, and then discusses the challenges involved.
