• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 自然人の代理的振舞いをするサイバネティック・アバター（CA）が重要視され始めている．これらは，メタバースの構成要素として位置付けることができる．CA には自然人の外見だけを変更するものから，自律的な行動を行うものまである．本報告では，CA が代理していた自然人の死後に残された CA のあり方に関する技術的，社会的，法制度的の観点から考察する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Cybernetic avatars (CAs), which behave as surrogates for natural persons, are beginning to gain importance. These can be positioned as components of the metaverse, ranging from those that modify only the appearance of a natural person to those that perform autonomous behaviors. This report discusses the technical, social, and legal perspectives on the nature of CAs left behind after the death of a natural person on whose behalf a CA has acted.
