About 70% of the section of the Hokkaido super express runs in the tunnel, and there is a problem that it is difficult for the passengers to enjoy the scenery from the car window. As a conventional approach to solve this problem, we have developed a mobile application that provides video contents of the scenery outside and around the tunnel while the Hokkaido super express is running inside the tunnel, and conducted an evaluation experiment. As a result, it was suggested that in order to obtain higher passenger satisfaction, it is necessary to provide the above-mentioned video contents by a system that has a sense of unity with the vehicle and a sense of immersion.
