• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 都道府県において，情報システム調達が実施されている．調達にあたっては競争的な入札が行われ，入札参加事業者の中から実際に事業にあたる事業者が決定されている．この入札にかかわり，その情報の公開がなされている団体と公開が不十分な団体が存在する．本研究では，都道府県における情報システム調達にかかわる情報公開の現況を明らかにする．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Information system procurement is being carried out in all prefectures of Japan. Competitive bidding is conducted for procurement, and the business operator is determined from the business operators who participated in the bidding. Regarding these bids, there are public organizations whose information is disclosed and those whose information is insufficiently disclosed. This study clarifies the current state of information disclosure related to information system procurement in Japanese prefectures.
