We are developing a bidirectional voice and text translation system between Tsugaru-ben and common Japanese utilizing artificial intelligence. In this paper, our research project is firstly introduced and the developed text translation system from Tsugaru dialect into common Japanese is explained. Some evaluation results of the morphological analysis and translation tools are also shown.},
