これまでの業務工程の見える化に基づく業務改善では，既存工程の無駄を省くことにより，あるべき業務工程を設計する．この業務改善手法は我が国で多くの実績がある．しかし，この方法には，業務工程の見える化ならびに，業務工程の簡潔化が属人的になるという問題がある．したがって，この手法を適用した結果が設計者によって異なる可能性があった．このため，本稿では，業務工程への入力データと出力データを定義することにより，入力データから出力データへの一連の変換工程からなる業務工程を設計するデータ駆動工程設計法を提案する． |

In the business improvement approach based on visualization of business processes so far, the ideal business process is designed by eliminating redundancy of existing processes. This business improvement method has many achievements in Japan. However, this method has the problems that the visualization of the business process and the simplification of the business process become personal based. Therefore, the resulted business process may differ depending on designers. In this paper, we propose a data-driven process design method for designing a business process consisting of a series of conversion processes from input data to output data by defining input data and output data to the business process. |
