Because, in general, an ontology is built with stable knowledge, it is not adequate to incorporate frequently updated knowledge into the ontology. Some of websites publish and maintain such unstable knowledge. We focus on such websites. In this paper, we have implemented the hybrid knowledge structure with two kinds of knowlege: i.e. a general ontology, and unstable knowledge that is maintained in websites.
