report"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2188-8574","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年,計算資源を集約させた遠隔地の中央装置から,無線ネットワークを介して現場機器を制御する,クラウド型鉄道信号システムが欧州で実用化されつつある.従来の鉄道信号システムは,フェールセーフコンピュータによる定周期処理を基本とした,同期ラウンドモデルで実装することで安全性を確保してきた.しかし,そのようなシステムは性能や伝送品質を保証するために高いコストを要している.そこで,高アベイラビリティ・低コストなクラウド型鉄道信号システムを実現するため,中央装置を  COTS (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf)
