週間の減量期間と 4 週間の経過観察期間を設けた減量調査実験を 70 名の被験者に対して実施し，減量期間中の体重変化のパターンから抽出した行動特性と経過観察期間における体重維持率の関係を調査した．その結果，減量期間の終盤で体重を大きく減らす，減量期間中の体重変化が不安定である，平日の減り方と休日の増え方の差が大きい，体重を計測するタイミングが不規則である，といった行動特性が経過観察期間中の体重増加と関連することを示した．これらの結果をもとに，将来的な体重管理支援に向けた応用について論じた．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"In this study, we conducted a weight-loss experiment with a four-week treatment period and a four-week follow-up period for seventy participants, and analyzed how behavioral patterns in the treatment period are related to weight maintenance in the follow-up period. Primary results indicated that participants tended to gain weight in the follow-up period if they lose a large amount of weight in the final phase, change weight unstably, lose weight on weekdays but gain weight on weekend, or measure their weight irregularly in the treatment period. We discussed these results for future applications to assist weight management.
