work has the disadvantage that instead of being able to choose where to work, one cannot initiate communication with colleagues without explicit manipulation. This study examines whether communicating the status of a remote worker to coworkers without any special operation can provide a sense of psychological security and rooming together, and whether it can increase explicit communication. The system acquires the worker's state using a camera and microphone, converts it into a presence state through recognition processing, and presents it as an avatar to coworkers.
