• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: リモートワークは働く場所を選ばない代わりに，明示的な操作をしないと同僚とコミュニケーションを開始できないというデメリットもある．本研究では特別な操作なしにリモートワークをしている人のプレゼンス状態を同僚へ伝えることで，心理的な安心感・同室感を得ることができるか，また明示的なコミュニケーションが増加するかを検証する．カメラとマイクでワーカーの情報を取得し，認識処理によってプレゼンス状態へ変換し，アバター化して同僚へ提示するプレゼンス状態通知システムを提案する．そして，本システムを利用する頻度が高い集団と低い集団で，心理と行動に変化について，実験後の主観評価アンケートとインタビューによって調査した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Remote work has the disadvantage that instead of being able to choose where to work, one cannot initiate communication with colleagues without explicit manipulation. This study examines whether communicating the status of a remote worker to coworkers without any special operation can provide a sense of psychological security and rooming together, and whether it can increase explicit communication. The system acquires the worker's state using a camera and microphone, converts it into a presence state through recognition processing, and presents it as an avatar to coworkers. We conducted a questionnaire and interview to investigate whether the psychological and behavioral changes occur in groups that use the system as avatars more frequently and groups that use it less frequently.
