• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本稿では，知識創造活動が，学校教育のオンライン環境でどのような話題に，またどのような参加者に有意なのかを検討する．DX (Digital Transformation) の時代にあって，教育の場は教室に代表される物理的な閉空間の対面環境から，情報ネットワークの上に構成された論理的な開空間のオンライン環境へと移っている．特に，コロナ禍による昨今の状況は，それを加速化している．しかし，学校教育には，それに相応する対応が，またどのようなレベルの要求があるかなどは様々で，決して一括りに捉えることはできない．当然，企業組織の目標・方法と，教育機関の目標・方法は異なる．さらに，教育の場でも，初等中等教育と高等教育では，かなり様相が異なる．この問題の視点を，野中らが提唱した SECI モデル，及び我々が提案した知識操作モデルと知識移行スキームに基づいて議論する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In this paper, we discuss which topics and / or which participants are effective for the knowledge creation activity in the online environment. On DX (Digital Transformation) age, the education has changed the active stage from the face-to-face environment, which is a closed space, organized really as the classroom, to the online environment, which is an open space, constructed virtually over the information network. In particular, the current situation, influenced with COVID-19, enforces to accelerate this direction. However, in the school education, which requirements are needed, or what are to be issued cannot be understood at a glance. Of course, the goal and procedure in the company / enterprise activity are not equal to those in the education activity. Also, even in the education field, those in the primary / secondary education are different from those in the higher education. We address this issue with help of SECI model, proposed by I.Nonaka, et al., and Knowledge Handling model and Knowledge Transfer schema, developed by us.
