website 'Bankruptcy Map' used the bankruptcy information published in the Official Gazette as a public notice of the decision to initiate bankruptcy proceedings, thereby collected comprehensive personal information on bankrupt individuals, compiled it into a database, plotted it as a map and made it publicly available. The website is now closed down, but it has been confirmed that several similar websites exist and are spreading similar information. In response, the Personal Information Protection Commission has issued orders to suspend the operation of similar websites.
