インターネットサイト「破産者マップ」は，破産手続開始決定の公告として官報に掲載されていた情報を用いて，破産者の個人情報を収集し，データベース化したうえで，地図としてプロットして公開した．サイトは閉鎖されたが，同種のウェブサイトが複数存在し，同様の情報を拡散している状況が確認されている．これに対して，個人情報保護委員会は，同種のウェブサイトの運営に対する停止等の命令を発出した．本稿では，個人情報保護委員会の命令について検討を行う． |

The website 'Bankruptcy Map' used the bankruptcy information published in the Official Gazette as a public notice of the decision to initiate bankruptcy proceedings, thereby collected comprehensive personal information on bankrupt individuals, compiled it into a database, plotted it as a map and made it publicly available. The website is now closed down, but it has been confirmed that several similar websites exist and are spreading similar information. In response, the Personal Information Protection Commission has issued orders to suspend the operation of similar websites. This paper examines the orders of the Personal Information Protection Commission. |
