Despite the establishment of such a digital agency, the fact that digitization is lagging behind the national government has brought into sharp relief issues such as data coordination and a shortage of digital human resources in light of the response to the coronavirus pandemic. To this end, the Ad Hoc Committee on Digital Government Policy has been in place since January 2022 to promote structural reforms of national and local government institutions and systems. In this paper, the structural reform proposals to date are examined from the perspective of how the Digital Reform Related Laws and the Digital Provisional Executive Advisory Committee have been working to make administrative processes more transparent.}, title = {デジタル改革関連6法・デジタル臨時行政調査会にみる行政プロセスの透明化}, year = {2022} }
