First, it argues that applying the concept of privacy to the deceased seems strange based on the metaphysics of death. Second, in actuality the word privacy is often used not only in reference to the deceased but to the people around the deceased. Third, it demonstrates that privacy loss often occurs to the people around somebody who dies.
