• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 経済の急速な発展は，資源の急速な消費や環境汚染の問題とも関わってくる．グリーンボンド（GB）の発行は，環境問題の向上と経済発展に寄与することを目指しているが，同時にまた環境情報を外部に開示することを要求する．本稿では，国内製造業を例に GB 発行企業の環境情報開示レベルを定量的に評価し，企業の「環境情報開示」と「格付け」および「発行利率」との関係を明らかにし，それらを実現するための方策について考察する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The rapid development of the economy is also associated with the problems of rapid resource consumption and environmental pollution. The issuance of green bonds (GB) aims to contribute to the improvement of environmental problems and economic development, but at the same time it requires the disclosure of environmental information to the outside. In this paper, we quantitatively evaluate the environmental information disclosure level of GB issuing companies using the data of domestic manufacturing industry as an example. And the relationship between the company's "environmental information disclosure" and "rating" and "issue rate" are also clarified, and we finally consider the measures for that.
