年度科学研究費補助金基盤研究（B）に採択された「すり合わせ技術を利用したモデルベース全体最適化システム設計手法の開発」(3 年直接経費総額 13,400 千円) の，現状までの調査結果を報告するものである．我々は，情報システム開発における問題解決に至る道筋を描けぬまま，なし崩し的なシステム実装を行い，運用開始後に問題が続発する例が後を絶たない問題に着目した．この解決策として開発の初期段階で描く運用後の状態をモデル化することと，その際 “横型すり合わせ”
