• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，デジタルトランスフォーメーションが，企業間に新たな使命として広がりつつある．そして，その実現方法のひとつとして，エンタープライズアジャイルに取り組む企業が日本においても，増えてきている．しかし，エンタープライズアジャイルに関する事例や研究調査に関する論文は海外論文ではいくつか確認するも，日本企業での適用事例に関する文献は少なく，エンタープライズアジャイルの解釈も一様ではない．また企業での事例を分析，モデル化し論じた文献は確認されない．本研究では，エンタープライズアジャイルの定義を整理し，事例から実際の推進プロセスを明確化することを目的とした．手順としては，現場でエンタープライズアジャイルを推進する日本企業のリーダー層 8 名に対し 16 の適用事例に関するインタビューを実施し，そこで語られた内容を M-GTA の分析ツールを用いて GTA の簡略版で分析を行った．これにより日本企業に於けるエンタープライズアジャイルの実態をプロセスモデルとして明確にした．本研究ではそのモデルを，その過程における概念の詳細分析から，有期性の有無によりプロジェクトとプロダクトに分類し結果図として示し，二つのプロセスの共通点と相違点，および先行事例との差異から考察する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In recent years, Digital Transformation has become a new mission among companies. As one of the ways to achieve this goal, the number of companies in Japan that are working on enterprise agile has been increasing. However, while there are several overseas papers on Enterprise Agile case studies and research surveys, there is little literature on its application in Japanese companies, and the definition of “Enterprise Agile” is not unified. In addition, there is no literature that analyzes, models, and discusses corporate case studies. The purpose of this study was to organize the definition of enterprise agile in Japan and clarify the actual promotion process from case studies. The procedure consisted of interviews with eight leaders of Japanese companies that promote enterprise agile in the field regarding 16 application cases, and the content of the interviews was analyzed in a simplified version of GTA using the M-GTA analysis tool. This clarified the reality of Enterprise Agile in Japanese companies as a process model. This study presents a detailed analysis of the concepts in the process, classifies the model into “Project” and “Product” according to the presence or absence of a fixed term, and presents the resulting diagram, discussing the similarities and differences between the two processes and the differences from previous cases.
