MPI (Message Passing Interface) 通信の通信時間,実行された MPI 関数,通信を行う計算ノードを把握することは,並列計算プログラムをデバッグ,チューニングする上で重要である.しかし,MPI 通信で発生したイベントの把握に有用な INAM,MPE,TAU 等の既存ツールは,利用者によるプログラム修正を必要とする点 (利用者に対する侵襲性) と,計算ノードの CPU,メモリ等の計算資源に負荷を与える点 (計算ノード資源に対する侵襲性) に問題がある.一方で,計算ノード上の CPU で行われるネットワーク処理をオフロード可能なデバイスとして BlueField-2 DPU (Data Processing Unit) が注目を集め,その利用方法が模索されている.本研究では,利用者と計算ノード資源に対する非侵襲的な MPI 通信ロギングの実現のために,DPU 上でパケットから MPI 通信のログを生成する手法を実現するパケット解析モジュールを提案する.提案モジュールは,パケット複製処理と MPI 通信ログ生成処理の並列化を組み合わせることで,DPU 上でのパケット処理による通信遅延の増加を抑制する.評価では,試作した提案手法が利用者と計算ノード資源に対して非侵襲的に MPI 通信のログを生成できることを確認した.また,提案手法による計算ノード間の通信遅延時間の増加が 100μs
