 note = {オンラインのビデオ通話では，対面による話し合いに比べて非言語コミュニケーションが大幅に減少する．これによって，特に日頃対面による面識が少ない相手同士の場合，コミュニケーションの質の低下やそれによるストレスの増加といった問題が起きることが指摘されている．この問題に対して，我々は，オンラインビデオ会議においてシステムの支援によって非言語コミュニケーションの増加を促すことが良い効果をもたらすのではないかと考え，複数の参加者が動作のタイミングを合わせるような同期的なジェスチャーを視覚的に支援するシステムを開発している．具体的なジェスチャーとしては，タスクの達成を表すハイタッチを実装している．本システムは，特に議論前に参加者同士の人柄について理解を深めるアイスブレイクなどで用いると特に有効であると考えている．, Online video conferencing reduces nonverbal communication between participants in comparison of face-to-face discussions. It is pointed out that this causes problems such as insufficient quality of communication and increased stress of users, especially between people who are not well acquainted with each other. In order to cope this problem, we propose a feature of video conferencing systems that visually supports synchronized gestures between multiple participants. As a specific gesture, we have implemented the high-five gesture to evaluate efficiency of the concept. We think that our system is particularly effective when used as an ice breaker to deepen participants' understanding of each other's personalities before a discussion.},
