 note = {本発表では，画像処理技術を用いた絵画のフォーカルポイントとリーディングラインの検出手法を提案する．本発表の研究の動機は「絵画はどのように見ればよいのか」という素朴な疑問である．絵画を見るときのポイントとなるのは，その絵画の主役を意味するフォーカルポイント (Focal Point) と，フォーカルポイントへ視線を誘導するリーディングライン (Leading Line) の認識である．フォーカルポイントは位置，コントラスト，明度などで示された「目立つもの」であり，リーディングラインは，絵画中の直線的なものである．これらをコンピュータの画像処理技術を用いて検出する方法を提案する．本研究の最終的なターゲットは絵画鑑賞支援システムの構築である．タブレット等にシステムを搭載し，鑑賞したい絵画を写真で撮影することにより，その絵画の鑑賞を支援するシステムの構築を目指している．, This publication proposes methods to detect focal points and leading lines of painting by utilizing image processing techniques. Motivation of the research comes from a simple question: ‘how to properly appreciate a painting.’ The essence to that is to recognize the focal point, which represents the subject of an artwork, and the leading lines, which guide audiences' sights towards the focal point. A focal point is an outstanding part of a painting, pending on position, color, and other conditions. A leading line is a linear object of a painting. This publication is about the methods of detecting these though image processing techniques. The research aims at eventually developing a system that fully supports the users to appreciate masterpieces. That installed in tablet devices, it computes the appreciation guide for the paining which a user just snapped the photograph of.},
