Logs/Metrics/Tracing と呼ばれる可観測性データを活用するための情報取得方式等については提案されてきたが,障害発生時の具体的な対応方式については提案されていない.障害発生時の対応では可観測性データを活用し,ランダムフォレストといった機械学習モデルを利用することで 過去に対応した障害に対して決められた機能を動作させる方式が考えられるが,教師あり学習の機械学習モデルでは事前に学習した障害のうち必ずいずれかの障害に振り分けてしまうことで,未知の障害が発生した際に適切なワーカを動作させることができないといった課題が存在する.本稿では前述の課題を解決するため,教師なし学習のクラスタリング及び one-vs-one control loop system has been proposed in which each operation part operates autonomously by making the function of maintenance operation into parts. It monitors the object service, and it aims at realization of autonomous tracking and automatic recovery for addition of new function to the service, specification change and failure generation. In the previous research, the information acquisition method for utilizing observability data called Logs/Metrics/Tracing, etc. has been proposed, but the concrete correspondence method in the failure has not been proposed. In response to failures, observability data can be used and machine learning models such as random forests can be used to operate predetermined functions for failures corresponding to the past. However, machine learning models of supervised learning must be assigned to any failure among failures learned in advance, and it is difficult to operate appropriate workers when anomaly events occur.
