では,都市で収集される個人データや地理データの管理機能など,スマートシティの実現を目指す都市間で共有できる機能を集約した都市 OS の導入を推進している.都市 OS を用いることでデバイス,データ,サービスなどは統一されたルールに基づいて運用される.しかし,現在の都市 OSの定義では,デバイスが使用する Wi-Fi,5G,LPWA などの通信方式を制御できないため,利用者自身が通信方式を選択する必要がある.本稿では,スマートシティが提供するサービスに最も適した通信方式を選ぶ機能を検討し,提案する都市 OS has been attracting attention as a solution to the problems that cities are facing to through the use of communication technology. In order to realize smart cities, the Cabinet Office in Japan has defined the necessary components of a smart city and their relationships through a reference architecture (RA). The RA promotes the introduction of City OS, which consolidates functions that can be shared between cities aiming to realize a smart city, such as management functions for personal and geographical data collected in the city. By using City OS, devices, data, and services are operated according to a unified set of rules. However, the current definition of City OS does not allow to control over the communication methods used by devices, such as Wi-Fi, 5G, and LPWA, and thus the users themselves need to select the communication method.
