計測によって非破壊的にサンプルの 3 次元構造を観察する方法がとられている．本研究は観察対象をキクタニギクの花とし，CT データから自動的に器官を抽出することで 3 次元構造を把握することを目的とする．そのため，花を構成する器官である小花，花床，総苞を自動的にセグメンテーションする．しかし，キクタニギクの CT
