Places easy to be designated as meeting place tends to be crowded because many people wait there. Therefore, it is necessary to give more details to the person you are meeting about where you are. However, the problem is that it is difficult to tell the exact location of the meeting place. In this study, we focused on the exchange of information about the meeting place to meet each other. First, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the meeting. Also, we conducted a communication experiment using the Look Around function as a space-sharing telecommunication system, which allows users to explore the actual landscape of an arbitrary point while looking around 360 degrees. Specifically, participants were divided into searchers and waiters and conducted experiments to exchange information about the locations using the Look Around function while talking. We analyzed the differences in the content between the smooth and non-smooth exchange. As a result, in a smooth exchange, the waiters explained more, and the number and types of keywords were rich.
