However, due to COVID-19, remote work is increasing exponentially. It can increase flexibility in the workplace for project members. In this paper, we report on a industrial practice and evaluation of microtask programming for increasing flexible business hours of the dispersed software engineers. On microtask programming, software engineers work with micro specifications which were organized into a set of microtasks, offering a set of short and self-contained descriptions.
