• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: コロナ禍で人々の移動が制限され，どこからでも参加することのできるオンラインツアーが注目を集めている．本稿では，オンラインツアーの現状を整理した上で，オンラインツアーガイドの役割と重要性について示すことを目的としている．調査の結果から，オンラインツアーに参加した大半の人がガイドとのコミュニケーションが印象的に残っていることがわかり，重要度が高いことが分かった．また，オンラインツアーならではの特徴に関心が持たれていることがわかった．オンラインツアーにおけるガイドには，ネットで調べた情報だけではない，現地ならではの情報などオリジナリティ溢れる充実した内容や円滑なコミュニケーションを取ることができる流暢な日本語や，双方間での有意義なコミュニケーションが求められ，そして，参加者がオンラインツアーを心地よく受け入れた場合，リアルでの訪問意欲向上につながることがわかった．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: As people's mobility is restricted by the Corona disaster, online tours, which can be joined from anywhere, are attracting attention. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the status of online tours, and then to show the role and importance of online tour guides. From the results of the survey, it was found that the majority of the people who participated in the online tour found the guide and communication with them to be impressive and of high importance. Furthermore, it shows that people are interested in the unique features of online tours. Therefore, it was found what the guide is talking should be full of originality, not just information researched on the Internet, and that the guide should be fluent in Japanese to ensure smooth communication and meaningful communication with the tourists. If the participants find online tours as favorable, it will lead to an increase in their motivation to visit in reality.
