• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 困りごとを抱える人の支援を担当する市役所の職員を対象とした福祉支援スキルアップのための研修を実施し，その研修の効果の評価について述べる．困りごとを抱える人は，過去に様々な対人関係での失敗経験等を有していることが多い．そうした経験等に基づく行動が，社会一般の人々が共有している社会的価値観に適合せず問題行動と捉えられることがある．研修は，人工知能学知見を活用した心的状況理解手法を用いて，現在の問題行動を引き起こす心的な情報処理プロセスにおいて，過去の失敗経験等が重要な要因となっている考え方を理解してもらうことを目標とした．研修の結果，過去の経験等が心的情報処理プロセスを通じ現在の問題行動の背景にあることの理解が進んだことが明かになっている．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This paper describes the implementation of a training program to improve welfare support skills for city hall staff who are in charge of supporting people with problems, and an evaluation of the effectiveness of the training. People with problems often have experienced various failures in interpersonal relationships in the past. Behaviors based on such experiences are sometimes regarded as problematic behaviors because they do not conform to the social values shared by the general public. The goal of the training was to help participants understand the concept that past experiences of failure are an important factor in the mental information processing process that causes current problematic behaviors, using a method for understanding mental situations that utilizes artificial intelligence. As a result of the training, it became clear that the participants were able to understand that past experiences, etc. are behind the current problematic behavior through the mental information processing process.
