IT に関する教育が重要視されており，部活動を通して IT の教育を行っている学校も多く存在する．しかし，IT 系部活動では男女比率に偏りがあり，女子が少ないという調査報告がある．IT 業界の発展には女性の IT 人材の育成が必要不可欠であるにも関わらず，実際の教育現場では積極的に IT に関わろうとする女子生徒が少ないのが現状である．IT 系部活動に女子部員が少ない原因を高校生が抱く部活動への印象から分析し，IT 系部活動に女子部員を増やすための方法を検討した． |

Education related to IT is regarded as important, and there are many schools that provide IT education through club activities. However, there is a survey report that there is a bias in the male-female ratio in IT club activities and there are few females. Although the development of female IT human resources is indispensable for the development of the IT industry, the current situation is that there are few female students who are actively involved in IT in actual educational settings. We analyzed the reason why there are few female members in IT club activities from the impression that high school students have on club activities, and examined the method for increasing female members in IT club activities. |
