These require multiple still images to generate a video, but it is desirable to generate a video from a single image when more than two images are not available. In addition, end-to-end generation does not allow direct control over the motion of objects in the video, making it difficult to generate a video intended by the user. A method for generating videos probabilistically from a single image (iPOKE) has been proposed to solve this problem. The user interactively specifies the size and orientation of locally changing parts in the image by swiping.
