MPI 並列プログラムの通信に関する自動チューニングを探究する.アプリケーション毎に MPI の使用関数,頻度,メッセージサイズが異なり,その通信スループットと通信遅延の片方あるいは両方が,プログラム実行時間に影響を与える.これらは,ソフトウェアライブラリ,集団通信アルゴリズム,相互結合網のルーティングアルゴリズム,ジョブマッピングなどに大きく影響を受ける.そのため,ユーザやシステム   ベンダーがアプリケーション毎に手動でこれらのチューニングを行うことが多く,コストがかかる.本報告では,与えられたアプリケーションに対して,OpenTuner を用いることで半自動で MPI 通信を最適化する.その結果,最大 56%
