The database summarizes the relationships between kampo formulas, crude drugs, natural compounds, proteins, and so on. The major changes are: assigned a unique URL to each page, enabled to search any page in one search box except for ligand-protein pages, introduced pagination, changed the molecular visualization library from JSmol to 3Dmol.js, integrated the database contents into one that was originally divided into three, and displayed the binding strength between a small molecule and a protein in six levels.
