report"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2188-885X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"急速な高齢化が進んでいる日本では，介護サービスの需要が高まりつつある一方，今後，介護士の人手が不足する恐れがある．この問題は，介護士一人あたりにおける業務負担の増加に繋がるため，安全かつ高品質を目指すべきである介護施設において解決すべき課題と認識されている．我々は，以上の課題に対して，介護業務を通して変化する介護士の心身状態（＝ストレス）が業務効率に影響しているのではないかと考えた．本研究の目的は，介護士のストレスに注目し，可視化・分析することで，介護士の業務負担軽減に向けた新たな知見を獲得することである．具体的には，介護士にデバイスを装着してもらい，デバイスから得られる RRI や LF/HF 比などの客観的ストレス指標及び業務前，休憩，業務後に行うアンケートから得られる主観的ストレス指標を計測する．介護行動や業務形態，業務日などによって介護士のストレスが変化することを確認するため，実際の介護施設において実証実験を実施した．具体的には，介護士 5 名にデバイス及びアプリケーションを配布し，合計 28
