• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，情報共有の効率化のためにチャットツールが広く利用されている．Slack などのチャットツールは，チャンネルと呼ばれる小さいグループに参加することで，リアルタイムで複数人とのコミュニケーションが可能である．チャットツールには，話題ごとにメッセージを整理して会話するための機能としてスレッド機能がある．メッセージ閲覧者はスレッドの一番初めのメッセージを見て，スレッド内のメッセージを見るかどうか判断することができる．これにより，メッセージ閲覧者の興味・関心に応じて，メッセージを効率的に収集することができる．しかし，スレッド機能は返信する人自身がスレッドにするか，そのままチャンネル上にメッセージを投稿するかを選択できる．そのため，スレッド外でも会話が行われることがある．スレッド外でも会話が行われることで，チャンネル上のメッセージが乱立し，情報把握のために時間や労力がかかる．そこで，本研究ではチャットツール上での会話内容の把握を支援することを目的に，スレッド外の会話を検出・分類することを目指す．本稿では，メタデータとテキスト内容の 2 つの側面からスレッドメッセージの特徴を分析した結果と考察について報告する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In recent years, chat tools have been widely used to improve the efficiency of information sharing. Chat tools like Slack can be used to communicate with multiple people in real time by joining small groups called channels. Chat tools have a thread function that allows users to organize messages by topic. Message viewers can decide whether to view the messages in a thread by looking at the first message in the thread. This allows message viewers to collect messages efficiently according to the interests of the message viewer. However, the thread function allows the person replying to a message to choose whether to post it as a thread or to post it directly on the channel. Therefore, conversations may occur outside of the thread. Conversations also occur outside of the thread lead to time and effort to grasp the situation. Therefore, in this research, we aim to detect and classify conversations outside of threads to support the understanding of conversations on chat tools. In this paper, we report the results and discussion of our analysis of the characteristics of thread messages from two aspects: metadata and text contents.
