 note = {国内外において研究論文の検索性，到達可能性を高めることを目的としていたオープンアクセス運動が，現在では研究論文の裏付けとなる研究データそのものの公開・共有を目指すオープンサイエンス運動へと発展してきた．しかしながら，学術分野によっては研究データに対する意識や扱いの差があることや，他の研究との競争的な側面から非公開・非共有とされることも多い．こういった懸念に適応すべく，日本学術会議における提言「オープンサイエンスの深化と推進に向けて」を始めとする方針等が国内で整備された．さらに国内での活動として NII がデータ管理基盤の GakuNin RDM というサービスの開発・運用を行っている．しかしながら，GakuNin RDM は研究不正を防止するための環境整備の観点から不正防止機能の不明瞭さやデータの開示や公表，責任の所在の管理等において不足があり，前述のガイドラインや方針を十分実現できていない．そこで本研究では研究データ管理，及び研究不正の防止を目指すシステムの提案・開発及び運用による評価を行う．, The Open Access movement, which aimed to increase the searchability and reachability of research papers in Japan and abroad, has now evolved into the Open Science movement, which aims to release and share the research data itself that underpins research papers. However, there are differences in the awareness and treatment of research data in different academic fields, and research data is often kept private or unshared due to competitive aspects with other research. To address these concerns, the Science Council of Japan (SCJ) has developed policies, including the proposal ”Toward the Deepening and Promotion of Open Science”. In addition, as a domestic activity, NII has been developing and operating a service called GakuNin RDM, a data management platform. However, GakuNin RDM has not been able to fully realize the aforementioned guidelines and policies because of its unclear anti-fraud function, lack of data disclosure and publication, and lack of management of responsibility in terms of the environment to prevent research misconduct. Therefore, in this study, we will propose, develop, and evaluate a system for research data management and prevention of research misconduct.},
