This paper reports on the collaborative efforts of volunteers from AXIES (Academic eXchange for Information Environment and Strategies) and JPCOAR (Japan Consortium for Open Access Repository) pertaining to RDM teaching materials to information infrastructure staff to support as many academic institutions as possible with the aim of supporting organizational RDM.},
