 note = {香川大学は，DX（Digital Transformation）を推進すべくDX推進戦略「デジタルONE戦略」を策定した．香川大学情報メディアセンターは，DX推進戦略「デジタルONE戦略」の実現にむけて「DX化推進部門」を組織した．また同メディアセンターは，「DXラボ」と「DXプロジェクトチーム」も組織した．「DXラボ」は，情報技術を学ぶ香川大学の学生を中心に構成され，香川大学のDX推進に資する業務システムの内製開発に取り組む．「DXプロジェクトチーム」は，「DX化推進部門」，「DXラボ」と連携してDXを推進するプロジェクトチームである．本論文では，香川大学のDX推進戦略「デジタルONE戦略」，DX推進体制について述べる．また本論文では，「DX化推進部門」，「DXラボ」，「DXプロジェクトチーム」について述べるとともに，「DXラボ」が実施している業務システムの内製開発の取り組み，「DXプロジェクトチーム」の活動についても述べる．本論文は，DX推進に取り組む多くの教育機関に共通する組織整備や環境整備の方策や考え方を提案するとともに，教職学協働による具体的なDXの取り組みから提案した方策や考え方の有効性を議論する．, Kagawa University has formulated a DX promotion concept. Kagawa University's Information and Media Center organized the DX Division, DX Lab and DX Project Team to promote DX. DX Lab consists mainly of Kagawa University students studying information technology and is working on the self-development of enterprise systems that will contribute to the promotion of DX at Kagawa University. DX project team is a project team that promotes DX through collaboration among the Business Unit, the DX Division, and DX Lab. This paper describes Kagawa University's DX promotion concept. This paper also describes the DX Division, DX Lab and DX Project Team organized to promote DX, and describes DX Lab's efforts through self-development of enterprise systems. This paper proposes measures to improve the organization and environment common to many educational institutions working to promote DX and discusses the effectiveness of these measures based on specific initiatives.},
